I'm really pleased with my long-term subscription. The boxes from December and January were filled with amazing selections that offer great value. I do miss John's notes that used to come with the boxes, but I heard he's off enjoying sunsets with Joan Biblioni. Man, I wish I could be there too!

You can find a broad variety of wines that fit any budget. The website makes ordering a breeze. I got my order delivered the very next day.

The customer support was fantastic, and the wine was delightful! I had an issue with one of the bottles I got, but they were quick to offer a replacement. Their communication was super responsive, and they shipped out a new bottle in no time.

Fantastic monthly wine selection. Super simple. October was a real standout, while Chin Chin was a bit of a letdown. I really enjoy receiving my box each month. Honestly, I don’t shell out for any other drinks, and that’s just fine by me, but I do appreciate the occasional surprise. Absolutely love it!

Rather than sending the notes or intro via email for the monthly wine selection, how about putting them right in the box? It seems like that little touch is what’s lacking to really enhance the joy of getting them! :) Everything else is fantastic!

These mixed boxes of natural wine are truly awesome. I get super excited every month when the delivery arrives, ready to sample new and unique wines. There are some really exceptional bottles included each month, making it a fantastic deal. Plus, the delivery service and communication are top-notch. I definitely recommend this if you're looking to dive into the world of natural wines.

I haven't tasted the wine yet, but I'm confident it's good. What really bugs me is that I can't log in; every time I prove I'm not a robot, the page just freezes. I reached out to LOW via email, but no response yet, which is a letdown.

For more than a year now, I've been subscribed to the 6-bottle monthly plan, and I gotta say, I've been really happy with the quality and selection of natural wines that arrive each month. During the summer, there tends to be a greater focus on whites and rosés, which is no surprise, but I've also enjoyed the adventure of trying out orange wines and even a bubbly red!

Signing up for LOW has given me immense happiness and has led me on quite the adventure – I've gained a ton of knowledge from Jon's picks, and I can't overlook his amazing emails. This company is truly fantastic – brimming with character and outstanding wine expertise.

gorgeous brand, fantastic concept, and in every way a service I really wanted to adore. However, for me, it just didn’t quite click - the wine was late (even though I opted for the speedy delivery), the customer service response was pretty underwhelming, and ultimately it turned out to be a rather average experience. The wine itself was tasty, though. If the service can stick around for a few more years and gather enough funds to operate at a level that matches the quality of the wine -- and the price tags -- I might consider returning. For now, I’ll have to endure the painful task of visiting a wine shop, gazing at all the lovely bottles, and purchasing the ones I fancy at a real register. What a nightmare.
